Once we secure a signed land lease agreement, our experienced project leaders take charge, propelling projects forward with the support of our grid and environmental experts. We prioritize designing parks that seamlessly integrate into the environment with minimal impact on nature and cultural surroundings. Additionally, we strive to enhance biodiversity in the areas where we build our parks.

Our project leaders estimate the costs in our projects and ensure that our project timelines are accurately executed. The group is responsible for ensuring the functionality of grid connections and obtaining all necessary permits, including approved notices of consultation from the county administrative boards and building permits from the municipalities. Our Project Developer Engineer creates layouts for our parks, ensuring they are constructed optimally and with all necessary precautions.
